Two days ago, I took the next gen nclex and stopped at 85 question (new minimum, old one was 75 minimum). I did the PVT for 2 days and always got the good pop up consistently. It's more accurate. You just try to register for another NCLEX test date. If it pops up with a message that says "our records indicate you recently scheduled another test" it's extremely likely that you passed.
