It seems a little early to already have had an ultrasound. They didn't do that for me until 6 weeks. My number was low to start - started at 35. Than another slow raise than started dropping . I had an ultrasound that showed gestational sac and yolk sac at 5 weeks 3 days and thsn went back at 6 weeks and saw and embryo with heartbeat of 100 but I llost that pregnancy a week later there was no growth and no more heartbeat.
