Abstract. Background: Mobile health (m-Health) is a combination of electronic communications and medical information technology that has helped patients and health care workers during the COVID-19 outbreak. This study aimed to aggregate and highlight findings from existing review studies about applications of m-health to prevent COVID-19.Although there were a growing number of research to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the mobile health (mHealth) interventions for NCD management, the extent to which mHealth contributes towards the health system strengthening in China remains unknown.
