Yeah this is a simple fix for the bubonico and other large, goofy weapons. Just swap the camera orientation so your warframe is on the right side of the screen. Takes some getting used to but it can be helpful.

The bubonico was nerfed from its original 9 ammo/s reload speed to only 4.5/s when reloading not from empty. Honestly, the whole 9/s reload from empty is not even significant as most of the time the bubonico is going to sit on some awkward number of shots before reaching 0 due to the alt fire consuming 9.
