Drop off engrams at crystal and when ogre turns vulnerable release for extra dmg. Opinions differ of course. Hardest to easiest would be prophecy, PoH, ST, GoA in my opinion. The only reason ST is harder than GoA is because of the lack of rally banners. Nah, shattered throne and pit of heresy are way more soloable than grasp of avarice.
